Cold Plunge

Invigorating, empowering, and surprisingly addictive. Our cold plunge experience is clean, controlled, and thoughtfully designed to help you feel safe and supported as you embrace the cold. The moment you step in, your senses sharpen, inflammation reduces, and endorphins surge. You leave feeling clear-headed, energized, and resilient—like you just did something powerful for yourself.

Wellness is better together. Our space is designed to encourage connection—before, between, and after sessions. Whether you’re sharing a quiet conversation, meeting like-minded people, or simply being around others who value health and growth, the community is a core part of the experience. The Thermalist® Method
Our signature Thermalist® Method combines intentional heat, cold exposure, and recovery in a purposeful sequence designed to maximize physical and mental benefits. Rooted in science and refined through experience, this method helps improve resilience, recovery, and overall wellbeing—whether you’re new to thermal therapy or deeply committed to it.
Guided Classes
Led by experienced facilitators, our guided classes take you through the Thermalist® Method step by step. Breathwork, timing, and transitions are all thoughtfully managed so you can fully relax, stay present, and get the most out of every session.

What is contrast therapy?

Alternating between sauna heat and cold plunge to support recovery, circulation, and overall wellbeing.

No. First-timers are welcome, and guidance is always available.

Sauna: 10–20 minutes. Cold plunge: 30 seconds to 3 minutes, based on comfort.
